
Team Dynamix
What is it?
Team Dynamix is a four week Weight Loss Programme, comprising
of;
- 12 Group exercise sessions, conducted 3 times a week
- Specific Nutrition Plan
- Health Education
- Course book to reinforce the education and for clients to
record measurements and food diary
The Concept
The concept behind Team Dynamix is about eliminating certain
food types, eating the right balance of the food groups and moving the
cells of the body from an acidic state to a more alkaline state. We do
this for a number of reasons, but the key one is that this is the best
and the healthiest way to lose weight.
The Nutrition
We will teach you how certain foods trigger hormonal
responses in the key systems that make it impossible for your body to
give up your unwanted bodyfat. It is based upon real food, not
supplement shakes and will educate you on how to eat in order to keep
the weight off once you’ve lost it.
The Exercise
You will train at the correct intensity with enough frequency
to create the metabolic afterburn that is essential to any weight loss
programme. You will be combining resistance work with high intensity
cardiovascular work - these are known as metabolic conditioning.
Does it work?
Definitely! It is without doubt the best weight loss
programme we have ever used. The results speak for themselves, on
average our clients have lost between 6 - 8kg (13 - 17lbs)in the four
weeks. The greatest weight loss we’ve seen is 9.5kgs.
Cost
The programme costs £120 for the four weeks and can be booked at Main
